Rendezvous Park

Fading Memories of Silence (2025)

"Fading Memories of Silence" took it's time to come into being. Started over ten years ago, the recordings were spread across many years as life got in the way and the album (and the band) was nearly discarded after years of inactivity until end of 2023 when the band got together for a dinner during which a plan was hatched to finish the album as everyone felt the material was strong and deserved to be released. Though recorded primarily in various home studios, the band decided to ditch the full DIY approach of previous albums and finished the album in a professional studio before handing over to mastering engineer. This hybrid approach helped achieve a soaring scope on a small budget yet make it sound amazing.

The creation process having spanned 10 years and each member delivering performances and material in different times of their lives created an album that is simultaneously chaotically energetic, life-affirming and in many ways kinda melancholic, all the lived experiences of the past years having seeped into the texture of the tracks.

We hope you enjoy.

Closer To Being Here - reprise (2012)

"Closer To Being Here - reprise" contains both extended and re-mastered versions of our first EP of the same name. The first version was put together in 2008 and delivered to friends and relatives as a gift. Only six hand-crafted copies were ever made. The re-recorded version extends the original ideas and brings them out in an improved production. And in the case of "ascension", the song is taken to whole new dimensions from the original's minimalistic and acoustic roots.

The Days You Didn't Notice (2010)

The journey from the original demos and ideas for Rendezvous Park's debut album "The Days You Didn't Notice" took well over two years and was a major learning experience for the originally two member lineup but the end result is a raw, experimental, imperfect and at the same time majestic post-rock album.
